Forest Protection Limited (FPL) proudly announces Naampreet Kaur as the 2025 Xenia Morales Women in Aviation Scholarship recipient. At just 19, Naampreet is already making her mark as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) student at Red River College Polytechnic.
Driven by passion and purpose, Naampreet stands out for her academic excellence and commitment to advancing women’s representation in aviation. She combines full-time studies with hands-on industry experience, working as an apprentice with Perimeter Aviation and completing an internship with Canadian Helicopters in Southport. Her work spans both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraf, experience that reflects her versatility and dedication.
Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. Naampreet has earned multiple scholarships and recognition from respected organizations, including the Manitoba 99s and the Central Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Association (CAMEA). Balancing two jobs while pursuing her diploma, she continues to demonstrate perseverance and a clear commitment to her craft.
This scholarship celebrates more than her achievements; it honours her mission to inspire and create opportunities for more women in aviation maintenance and engineering. Naampreet’s determination to break barriers and lead by example truly embodies the spirit of the Xenia Morales Award.
